The fresh approach to easy opening, Vaktape™ is a unique tear tape system designed by Payne for opening hermetically sealed packs which combines easy opening with airtight pack freshness.

Vaktape™ is manufactured from a high strength specialised film, which is designed to tear through a wide range of films used in packaging chilled foods. It performs well in retained and modified atmosphere, vacuum and pouch pack applications working reliably in both moist and chilled conditions.

Our 10,000m reel length ensures long production runs without the need for a reel change. Vaktape™ also enhances the functionality of hermetically sealed packs used in a variety of food sectors including cheese, meat, bagged vegetables, fish, coffee, pharmaceutical and medical markets.
