Vaktape Plus Dispensers

Easy to install

• The Vaktape™Plus dispenser system can be retro-fitted to most types of wrapping machines and is mounted with brackets designed to suit each application
• Vaktape™Plus is guided over vertically configured rollers to a positioning roller and then onto the wrapping film in the direction of film unwind. The position of the final roller can be adjusted to suit different widths of film
• Where space and access is limited, the unit can quite simply be positioned to the side or at right angles to the line as required
• This dispenser has been designed to apply Vaktape™Plus to packaging films for an effective means of opening airtight packaging
• It is designed to meet the production requirements of most types of packaging lines

The system consists of:

• Vaktape™Plus dispensing units: available in 2 designs to suit different applications and equipped with a braking system which is combined with tension-controlled unwind both at start-up and during use
• Application plate: positioned behind the wrapping material, it activates the specially formulated adhesive to ensure good bond with the film. The heater plate can be supplied in different formats to suit the wrapping machine
