Payne appoints new regional manager for Asia-Pacific operations

Leading tear tape manufacturer Payne has appointed Hamish Pitt as Regional Manager, Asia-Pacific.

Based in Payne’s Singapore office, Hamish will assume responsibility for all sales and operations of Payne tear tape in the Asia-Pacific region.

For the past two years, Hamish has been working for Payne on assignment in Japan, where he made a significant contribution to the company’s tear tape business and created strong relationships with regional partners and customers.  Prior to that, he worked for Payne’s parent company Filtrona as General Manager of its filter business in Indonesia, giving him excellent experience of the challenges facing the Asia-Pacific region.
