Global Customer Service Manager - Packaging Solutions

Packaging Solutions develops and sells solutions based on tapes, labels, closures and seals into the global consumer packaging market, building on a category based approach established in recent years. Scope of the Role:
You will work with our global customer service team, providing you with the opportunity to use your valuable experience in improving supply chain processes, customer service and key account management to influence the team around you and create a catalyst for change. This is a customer focused business and in this role you will be the voice of the customer working within the business to build collaborative supply chains and maximise opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Delivery of designated key account plan and responsibilities and lead contact with global key accounts.
- Provide quotations and be the guardian of global price lists and GM%.
- Co-ordinate global budget preparations and provide input into strategic planning.
- Produce accurate global sales forecast for global key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and measurement at all times as member of the key account team.
- Handle all customer orders and queries in a timely and professional manner and keep customers informed at all stages of their order process.
- Be proactive in continuous business process improvements.
- Using fourth shift and BRM you will maintain customer information and process, close and respond to all customer queries or issues.
Key Skills and Attributes:
To fulfil this wide ranging and dynamic role you will have excellent communication skills, sound commercial judgement and solid IT skills. To succeed you will be confident working internally and externally at all levels and have previous customer service management skills.
